  • Administration: receiving telephone inquiries, receiving e-mails, receiving applications, rejecting ineligible candidates, inviting eligible candidates
  • Selection: assessment of candidates according to the requirements specification, telephone assessment, preparation of interview schedule
  • Interview: review and assessment of CV/certificates/diplomas, mapping of career plan, assessment of behavior and competencies, test of professional knowledge, mapping of candidate’s current conditions, and general observation of characteristics and motivation
