Smarte Hoder ensures quality and competence at all levels of the recruitment process. Our recruitment services are designed to identify potential. That means we don’t just look at behavioural patterns, but also at personality, ability, know-how and motivation.

By testing the relationship between skills and potential, we can build solid hypotheses that can be incorporated into personal assessment. That helps us understand the candidate’s skills as they stand, and the potential that could grow in the future.

Smarte Hoder only uses DNV-approved occupational psychology tests. The most relevant candidates are given personality tests and various ability and skills tests, based on our findings.
